A few basic but essential skills to keep your bike running smoothly. Get hands-on practice for the following:

Changing a tire or tube:

• Identifying different axles
• Removal of wheel
• Removal of tire
• Tube Replacement
• Tire Install
• Wheel Install
• Tire plug procedure

Cleaning your drivetrain:

• Chain cleaning
• Derailleur cleaning
• Chain lube
