A Beautiful Mindset Workshop

Let's come together before the holidays and learn about what it means to cultivate a growth mindset!  Following the theme of the book Mindset, by Carol Dweck PhD, as a group we will look at various areas of our life and see what's needed most. We'll learn to evolve our challenges into something that can transform our day, and ultimately transform our life!  

The goal of the evening is to understand our thoughts, actions and feelings in a new and fresh way that allows us to feel in control and empowered.  When we learn how to cultivate a growth mindset we can view challenges as opportunities, and areas for growth and new understanding, instead of feeling paralyzed, defeated and anxious.
